• Existing Damage: Customers acknowledge that Hydro Glide Auto Spa is not liable for pre-existing damage to vehicles, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or pre-existing conditions that may be exacerbated by the cleaning process. Any concerns about existing damage should be brought to our attention prior to service.

• Chemical Use: We use industry-standard cleaning agents and equipment. While we strive for perfection, we are not responsible for adverse reactions or damage caused by chemical interactions with non-standard vehicle modifications or after-market coatings not disclosed to us.
